Founder/Owner

"Hi everyone! My name is Ashley. I am a licensed speech-language pathologist, certified by the state of Florida and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). I earned my undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Richard Stockton College of NJ before pursuing my Master's degree at Nova Southeastern University. I have over 10 years of experience working with children from birth to 18 years old in settings such as home health, daycares, preschools, clinics, hospitals, and public/private schools.

I believe in building genuine connections with my clients, focusing on their interests and strengths to guide effective, compassionate therapy. My approach is child-led and play-based, addressing sensory, motor, and emotional needs. I am a neurodiversity affirming therapist and with that means I am continuously unlearning, learning, and continuing to grow through personal experiences and continuing education.

I am registered as a Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) trained clinician and use this framework to work with gestalt language processors. I also have years of experience in early intervention, suspected/childhood apraxia of speech, fluency disorders, auditory processing disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, social language differences, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication. I am also PROMPT trained clinician.

Fun fact: I'm from NJ and I love pizza. I'm a mama to a sweet little boy, and becoming a parent has deepened my empathy for families, making me a more mindful clinician. I'm honored to support families on their unique journeys. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, whether it's taking walks, playing, enjoying the beach, or exploring St. Pete."

Abi Scribano
Speech Language-Pathologist
"Hi! My name is Abi. I am a speech language-pathologist and I grew up right here in St. Petersburg, Florida. I pursued her undergraduate degree in Communication Science and Disorders at Florida State University, where I began my journey into early intervention research. In my early years, worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, focusing on autistic children. This hands-on experience increased my interest in child language development and communication and pushed me to earn my graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Carolina.

The best part of this job is helping children in their unique communication journeys. I believe in using a child-led and strength based approach to therapy in order to help a child achieve their goals. I have experience working with children from birth to 17 years old in schools, daycares, clinics, and hospitals.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, exercising, and spending time with friends, family, and my two cats. I love broadway musicals and I also love to sing!"

Haylee Jones
Speech Language-Pathologist
Hi everyone! My name is Haylee Jones. I am a speech-language pathologist (Clinical Fellow) with experience across school, medical, and teletherapy settings. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University and recently completed my Master of Science in Speech Pathology from Maryville University, where I gained hands-on experience serving both pediatric and adult populations through evidence-based, compassionate care. During my graduate studies, I completed clinical rotations in elementary schools, where I supported students with diverse communication needs, and at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center, where I worked with veterans experiencing complex communication and swallowing disorders. I've also provided teletherapy services to both children and adults, emphasizing functional communication and individualized treatment planning. My background in healthcare, including work as a Certified Nursing Assistant and medical assistant, has strengthened my ability to build rapport and deliver patient-centered care across settings.

I believe in meeting each client where they are-celebrating their strengths, honoring neurodiversity, and creating therapy that feels meaningful, motivating, and empowering. My approach is play-based and relationship-driven, ensuring therapy is not only effective but joyful and connected. Outside of my professional life, my greatest passion is being a mom to my energetic three-year-old little boy. Motherhood has given me an even deeper understanding of how communication connects families, shapes daily routines, and builds confidence. It's also taught me the value of patience, creativity, and laughter-qualities I bring into every session.

When I'm not in a therapy session, you can find me spending time with my family, exploring new parks, enjoying the Florida sunshine, or chasing new adventures with my son. I'm excited to continue growing as a clinician and to support families in finding their voices and celebrating every step of progress along the way.
